This position plays a key role within the Community Resources/Provider Relations (CR/PR) Department and is responsible for coordinating and developing community resources and managing Inclusa's provider network. Works collaboratively with colleagues in supporting
IDT staff work with members, specifically in the areas of provider contract development and compliance, and through full implementation of the organization's Commonunity¬ program - a program focused on developing meaningful connections between members and
their communities through the use of community connections, community living, self-determination, integrated employment, and mobility.
What are the primary duties of the CR/PR Network Developer position?
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Family Care program, community health, behavioral health, managed care systems, and federal rules and regulations related to Medicaid long-term care services.
  • Skilled in the development and management of service contract quality metrics. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to use word processor and spreadsheet programs on a personal computer to produce reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate program data and make presentations to groups. Adept at training and teaching others.
  • Must be able to plan, prioritize and organize work efficiently and effectively; at times, under pressure with very specific deadlines.
  • Able to plan and implement projects, analyze problems (not just symptoms), propose reasonable solutions, make and carry out logical decisions, and provide feedback as appropriate.
  • Ability to think and act strategically.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must travel between service regions on a regular basis.
Requirements Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor‚ s degree in healthcare, public administration, nursing, social work or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
